Escape Room Experience Questions

Will I really be locked in room?

No. For your safety, there is the possibility of going out of the room at any time in an emergency situation.

What should I bring to the room?

All the material you will need to solve the puzzles arranged in the room will be provided to you. So there is no need to bring anything. It is even strongly recommended to leave your electronic devices in our lockers at the reception, in order to avoid any distraction during the game.

What happens if we get stuck on a riddle?

A game master accompanies you throughout your experience thanks to our cameras and microphones in each room. Thus, in the event of a problem, our staff can help you move forward with the help of clues.

What happens if a player needs to use the toilet?

A trip to the bathroom is strongly recommended before the start of the game so as not to disturb the immersion. In case of emergency, it is always possible to leave the room.

Additional booking information

Do we have to book to play?

A reservation is required in order to play. No minimum time is required, before game time, to reserve.

How to cancel a reservation?

With 24 hours notice in advance, a reservation can be canceled and refunded. In less than 24 hours before the start time of the game, no cancellation is possible, and no refund can be made.

Families and children

Do children pay the same price as adults?

Children aged 8 and under play for free, up to one free child per paying player.
